Gas relays mainly test three items: 1. Light gas test (liquid level test), 2. Heavy gas test (flow rate test), 3. Airtight test.
We use the “GY2012B Gas Relay Track Calibration Station”, which has the largest domestic sales volume and reliable operation, for explanation.
1. Light gas test:
Fix the gas relay on the test bench, open the upper valve of the test bench, pump the air from the air hole under the test bench until the interior of the relay is completely filled with oil, and then close the valve. When observing where the oil level is lowered, the light gas contact is connected. The gas setting value is generally 250m / n-350mL.
2. Heavy gas test (flow rate test):
Inject gas from the air hole of the test bench until the interior of the relay is completely filled with oil, close the valve, continue to inject gas, and quickly open the valve. At this time, the oil flow should be able to push the baffle plate to turn on the heavy gas contact. The fixed value of heavy gas is generally 0.8 -1.3m / s.
3. Sealing test:
In the same way as above, close the valve after the inner part is full of pressure, and inject the gas. The pressure value is recommended to be 0.20MPa. Keep the pressure for 20 minutes. If the pressure value does not drop, it means that the seal is good.
